Richard joined the firm in 2012 and has been a shareholder since 2014. As a true student of the law, Richard is constantly educating himself on the most recent court decisions and changes. Richard currently concentrates on estate planning, probate law, real estate law, and general litigation.

Richard grew up in Oak Hill, Ohio and currently resides in Jackson with his wife and son. Richard is a passionate Ohio State fan and all around sports fan. Richard enjoys traveling with his family and cheering on his son at all of his sporting events.

Richard graduated from The Ohio State University (B.S., in Mathematics Education) in 1992 and then from Capital University Law School in 2006. Richard was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2006.

 

Richard is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Jackson County Bar Association. In 2018, Richard was elected to serve on the Ohio State Bar Association's Counsel of Delegates for District 8.
