Founded in 1922, Oths, Heiser, Miller, Waigand & Clagg, LLC is a full service law firm continuing a tradition of providing exceptional legal services to Southeast and Central Ohio. Today, we blend that tradition with current technology to serve our individual and corporate clients with their legal matters.

 

At OHMWC, we are committed to preserving community values, and we strive to provide the best legal services that Ohio has to offer.

 

Until 2024 OHMWC was headquartered in the historic Joseph Clutts home at 16 East Broadway Street in Wellston, Ohio. The Clutts home served as a law firm since 1922 when Harry B. Reese (1899-1964) established his general practice. In 1961, Joseph A. Oths, the “Oths” of Oths, Heiser, Miller, Waigand & Clagg, joined the firm.

In March of 2024, the firm relocated to Jackson, Ohio where it continues to be a busy general practice and litigation firm.
